The Harvest Table
Our lovely timber frame building, The Harvest Table, built in 1999, is open year-round and seats 56 indoors at round tables for 8. It also has a front porch with wicker seating and a swing bench as well as a lovely backyard with a brick patio, cedar fence with string lighting, and lawn furniture. The backyard makes an intimate and ideal spot for your cocktail hour or relaxing in the evening.

The Summerhouse Pavilion
Nestled in the trees, adjacent to The Harvest Table is The Summerhouse – our new pavilion. The Summerhouse is in use from May through October and accommodates events of up to 150 people. You may also choose it for smaller-sized weddings. With vistas of our pick-your-own blueberry orchard, The Summerhouse is a beautiful alternative to tent rentals. The pavilion features a concrete floor, no leak roof, built-in lighting, a dance floor area, and indoor washrooms.

Three Ceremony Locations
We have several popular ceremony areas, including our romantic brick folly located in the backyard of The Harvest Table, towering rows of birch trees which make a natural aisleway, and our rustic pergola with its lush growth of trumpet vines and nearby garden. Should the weather decide not to co-operate on your big day, we’ve got you covered – literally! Our pavilion also provides a beautiful and ideal space for an indoor ceremony.
I can’t say enough good things about Kathy and Phil…they helped with so many elements of planning our wedding and were always available to answer questions. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and they took great care to ensure the grass was nicely cut and the hedges were trimmed. Kathy and Phil assisted us a great deal in setting up for our wedding and assured us everything would be perfect, which it was. The food is incredible – it was served promptly, it was hot and was absolutely delicious. The late lunch was also served (Nacho bar) which was a hit with our guests. I highly recommend Arrowwood Farm for weddings, or any other event or party. Even though it rained in the evening, Kathy and Phil ensured that we could continue the party without any issues (Phil even brought us out umbrellas) We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to going back!
Catering
We provide our own on-site catering, making one less thing for you to plan! Inspired by the wholesome produce of our Ontario farmlands, our extensive dinner menu has a rich selection of savoury dishes for you to choose from. Dinners are served buffet style and appetizers can be ordered for more informal or casual weddings.
Please note you are required to obtain your own liquor permit for occasions serving alcohol. Bartenders, liquor and permit, a DJ or live band, photographer, florist, and Ceremony Officiant are up to you. We can offer guidance should you need suggestions.
Tours
Interested?! We love to share our beautiful property with others and would be delighted to have you come for a tour to experience the beauty and serenity of Arrowwood Farm for yourself! We offer weekday and evening tours as well as on weekends when we are not busy with an event. Just let us know when you would like to come and we can set up an appointment.

I’m a photographer (Long Point based), and when my clients booked The Harvest Table, I was so thrilled! I arrived at the venue and everything was clean, in place, and very well-kept. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the owners are so friendly. I loved it so much, I came back to do an engagement session on the property! We just got married at Arrowwood farm and it was a beautiful day and the wedding of my dreams! The power was apparently out at the venue ALL DAY (because of that crazy thunderstorm) and I didn’t notice it at all because the Moddles took care of it with a tractor-powered generator! These guys were helpful and responsive to my MANY wedding detail emails and the guests loved the venue. It was so cool to see guests in the distance finding different shady spots to sit or visiting the turkeys and sheep. The venue itself required almost no decor because it is naturally beautiful on its own, and the food we had (pulled pork, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, hummingbird cake and blueberry custard pie) were delicious; best pulled pork I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this venue for weddings if you’re looking for a beautiful outdoor or indoor space with a natural vibe, and the Moddles were so easy and delightful to work with, truly going above and beyond to make our day perfect and special. Thanks for all your hard work with us guys!
We had our January wedding at Arrowwood and everything was even better than we hoped! Kathy and Phil were wonderful work with. We had some allergy restrictions, and not only did they not bat an eye at our questions but the food was delicious! I will absolutely recommend Arrowwood to anyone looking to have an event.
We just had my sister’s wedding at The Harvest Table last week and I have to say, Phil and Kathy (and crew) did an amazing job. The food was delicious and the venue has a great ambiance. Phil and Kathy are the perfect couple for entertaining. Phil works the crowd and remains calm cool and collected while Kathy works her magic in the kitchen. It kind of felt like they were family and I felt a little guilty they were not sitting down to eat with us! You guys did a fantastic job and I am looking forward to having a new go-to when I have friends to get together with!

We had our wedding at Arrowwood Farm last September 2020 and it was the best day of our lives! We highly recommend this place for weddings or any events. The venue has so many different spots to hold the ceremony and for great photos. Our guests loved the venue as well. The owners, Phil and Kathy, are so great in accommodating all our requests up to the smallest detail. Our food was great and prepared and served by Phil and Kathy themselves. Everything fit in our budget great!
After visiting several well known locations for engagement photo shoots in and around London, we took the short drive out to Arrowwood Farms. We were blown away by not only the scenery, but the variety of scenery in one location. Working with Kathy was a pleasure. She went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was perfect. Arrowwood Farms is a hidden gem that we would highly recommend!
Our wedding at Arrowwood Farm was absolutely perfect! We were married at the farm in July 2021. Phil and Kathy were very supportive throughout the planning process and even came out to help us with decorations the day before the event. The food was enjoyed by all our guests and we definitely recommend the lemon blueberry cake which served as our wedding cake. Blueberry season had just begun so the bushes served as a lovely photo backdrop, along with many other beautiful areas around the farm. Phil was present but not at all overbearing during the course of our reception to make sure that everything was going well which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend for smaller intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions!
Phil and Kathy were amazing to work with in planning our wedding. Their farm is the perfect rustic venue and they are more than willing to work with you in any way to realize your vision. Our guests loved the food and service. From the ceremony, to dinner and reception, Phil and Kathy are constantly at work in the background to make sure things happen without a hitch. I am a London Ontario Wedding Officiant and I had the pleasure of Officiating a wedding here on July 26. The grounds are well kept, lots of shaded areas for a hot day, and the food was amazing! Staff were super friendly and I hope to have the pleasure of performing another wedding here one day!
